This form is for individuals interested in becoming a general event volunteer. You will be contacted by an event coordinator and invited to attend meetings to tell you more about the event and how you will be able to help. Time requirements are flexible and it benefits the Helen Ross McNabb Center a great local non-profit organization!

Monday, November 8

    Ball person assistant ensures all ball people are in the proper location for each match. The assistant will man the ball person check-in area and direct ball people as they arrive.
    Beverage attendants will be responsible for ensuring coolers are properly stocked with drinks and ice for sponsors, players and guests.
    Door attendant will stand/sit at the sponsor dining room entrance to ensure guests who enter are on the approved list.
    Hospitality attendants will be present during lunch and/or dinner and will help to ensure the sponsor dining room is stocked with drinks and ice, bus tables, pull trash, and help maintain the cleanliness while sponsors are present.
    Shuttle drivers will be responsible for driving appointed event large SUV/van to transport sponsors, volunteers and attendees from designated parking lots to the Goodfriend Tennis Center on the University of Tennessee campus. Shuttle drivers must have valid license and insurance and be able to submit information prior to event.
    Sponsor lot attendants will be responsible for ensuring only event sponsors park in the designated parking area during their scheduled shift.
    Towel attendant will be responsible for laundering tournament towels, collecting dirty towels, and distributing new towels as they are available.
    Usher will man entry to the sponsor seating and concession area to ensure guests are in the appropriate section.
  • Volunteers are required to be 16 years old or older. To register as a "ball kid" please use "ball kid form." Certain positions may have additional age restrictions.
